Zhang Chunming is an English teacher at Shahe Central Primary School in Beijing's Changping District. In September 2019, she was already a backbone teacher at the municipal level in Beijing and chose to teach at the Taifu Temple Banner.

The Taifusi Banner was listed as a national key poverty alleviation and development flag in 1994 and withdrew from the national poverty banner county sequence in 2020. Zhang Chunming has traveled to four local schools to set off a teaching reform among primary school English teachers.
