Bavaria: Chase with 20 patrol cars ends in a ditch. A man raced through town at over 100 km/h.
The officers arrested the 42-year-old. The chase ended on Saturday in Schwarzenbach an der Saale (Hof district) when the man drove his car off the road due to excessive speed. He is being investigated for several crimes. The police estimated the damage at around 8,000 euros. The man probably fled because his vehicle was not registered, the police said.
