With the help of the Dianzi Town Police Station of the Xinghe County Public Security Bureau in Ulanqab City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Chen, a woman who had been separated from home for 23 years, finally met her relatives. During a home visit, Bao Zhixiong came to Jin's house in Area A of Immigration and found that 39-year-old Chen had never had a hukou.
"No matter how difficult it is, we do everything we can to help her find her family," Bao said.
