Approximately 80km of snow from Fukushima is given to elementary school students in Okinawa, and they enjoy a snowball fight. This is an exchange project with Fukushima Prefecture that has been going on for over 20 years.
The children seemed surprised at how cold it was when they came into contact with the snow, which they don't usually see. It was the first time for the Okinawan children to experience snow, so it was great to be able to interact with them by playing in the snow.
