"Luojia-01 2023" is a new generation of intelligent remote sensing scientific experiment satellite in China, led by Wuhan University. The Oriental Huiyan Satellite Constellation will be composed of remote sensing satellites and radar satellites.
Remote sensing satellites will start with the "Lujia-5 01 satellite", and radar satellite will start in May. The satellite collects video while intelligently processing in orbit and compressing it on the satellite, and then transmits the data back to the ground station with help of satellite-ground communication.
