The two men have been under house arrest since December. They are not allowed to leave their homes.
They must report to the police if they change their location. The men are also banned from contacting the victims of their alleged crimes. The women have not been charged with any crime. The case is being investigated by the European Court of Human Rights and the Romanian National Court of Justice. The two men were released on bail until the end of the month, when they will be re-arrested and face charges.
