City hall opening hours will be shortened by 45 minutes from the current time after the long weekend in May. Citizen services will be ensured through digitalization such as installing terminals that can issue certificates. Yoji Kamibayashi, a specially appointed professor at Rikkyo University who is familiar with the civil service system, said, "We need to pay attention to trends"
