A9 near Leipzig: At least one dead in an accident with a coach. For unknown reasons, the vehicle left the road and fell onto its side.
Several rescue helicopters and numerous ambulances are in use. The highway is closed in both directions. Motorists were asked to keep an emergency lane clear. The A9 is an important north-south highway connecting Berlin and Munich. It is located between the Wiedemar junction and the Schkeuditzer Kreuz, which is located at Halle Airport.
