A 73-year-old driver was sent to prosecutors after a light passenger car crashed into a Fukuoka cram school building. Police said the driver was driving the car despite having a fever and feeling unwell, causing the accident.

Five people were injured, including the junior high school students at the cram school, the instructor, and two people who were riding in the car that was rear-ended. The driver admitted to the charges, saying, ''I knew I would be fine if I only drove a short distance to the hospital.''
