In March last year, Kenichi Hosoya and his wife Shiho Hosoya exposed their second daughter Miki, who was 4 years old, to poisonous substances contained in car antifreeze. He was arrested for murdering her by ingesting chemicals such as ethylene glycol. It is suspected that Miki was left alone for a long time after her condition deteriorated.
