In a case in which the parents were arrested for killing their 4-year-old second daughter by ingesting a harmful chemical, it appears that the parents were at home from the day before to the day of their second daughter's death, based on the condition of the body and other factors. Interviews with investigators revealed that there is a suspicion that he was forced to ingest alcohol. After that, her father went out and the Metropolitan Police Department is investigating the details of what happened.

In March last year, Kenichi Hosoya (43), a company executive in Tokyo's Taito Ward, and his wife Shiho Hosoya (37) exposed their second daughter Miki, who was 4 years old, to poisonous substances contained in car antifreeze. He was arrested for murdering her by ingesting chemicals such as ethylene glycol.

According to the investigation so far, on the day Miki died, Kenichi was out of the house, but after being contacted by Shiho, he returned to her home and called 119 to report that her daughter was not breathing. I know I called the number.

A subsequent investigation revealed that based on the condition of the body and other factors, it was suspected that Kenichi had been forced to ingest ethylene glycol while he was at home with Shiho from the day before until he left the house. I learned this from an interview.

Surveillance cameras in the area reportedly showed Kenichi going out with two other children.

Regarding ``ethylene glycol,'' experts say, ``If you ingest it, you will become dizzy and symptoms of poisoning will appear after some time.''

It is suspected that Miki was left alone for a long time after her condition deteriorated, and the Metropolitan Police Department is investigating the details of what happened to her at the time.

In response to the investigation, suspect Kenichi has denied the charges, and suspect Shiho has remained silent.
