The charity event "Famous calligraphers and painters celebrate the Year of the Dragon by writing blessings and sending blessings" was held on February 6 at the Tianwangdian Square of Guangxiao Temple in Guangzhou. More than 50 people, including student representatives, participated in the event and wrote "blessings" and Spring Festival couplets for the citizens on the spot.
It is reported that the two-day event plans to write and donate 8,000 blessing characters and Spring festival couplets to the public.
