Jeremy Allen White will play Bruce Springsteen in a biopic. Film will describe how Springsteen worked on "Nebraska" in the early eighties.
Springsteen's album was a commercial flop when it was released in 1982. White is best known for his role as star chef Carmen “Carmy” Berzatto in the Disney series “The Bear’s’. The film will be directed by Scott Cooper, who also talked about a tormented artist's soul in his musical drama ‘Crazy Heart’ with Jeff Bridges.
