Civil Defense members succeeded in rescuing a Gazan child and four members of his family in the Al-Zaytoun neighborhood, east of Gaza City. The family spent 9 days under the rubble of the building that was bombed by the Israeli occupation forces.
The child was retrieved with difficulty in light of the narrow space in which the family members were crammed. He was also unable to speak a word during the journey he was transported from the place of his recovery to the hospital using a cart pulled by an animal.
