He Sui is the acting administrator of Huangpu Military Academy. He Sui was a veteran of the Revolution of 1911 and a military educator of the Republic of China.
His eldest son He Shiyong was admitted to the 10th phase of the Whampoa Military Academy and began a three-year military academy career in Nanjing. In 1996, on the occasion of the 130th anniversary of Sun Yat-sen's birth, the headquarters of Huang Pu Military Academy was rebuilt and completed.
