"Godzilla" calls for traffic safety to police chief for one day, Ikebukuro, Tokyo. The spring national traffic safety campaign, which starts on April 6th, calls for bicycles and electric scooter users to wear helmets and abide by traffic rules.
Many fans and others crowded along the road to get a glimpse of Godzilla, waving and taking pictures with their smartphones as Godzilla passed by. We hope that through this activity, we will gain momentum towards realizing traffic safety and that the number of accidents will be reduced even by just one.
