Tim Cook: Chinese suppliers have made huge contributions to Apple’s carbon reduction. On March 24, the 2024 annual meeting of the China Development Forum was held in Beijing.

Apple plans to achieve carbon neutrality for all Apple products by 2030 and has made many efforts around this goal. Since 2015, Apple's comprehensive carbon footprint has been reduced by more than 45%, which is great progress. Apple and its suppliers currently support more than 15 gigawatts of renewable energy globally, with the majority of projects located in China.
