The National Development and Reform Commission issued three special actions to promote the development and growth of the private economy. The "Skills Upgrading Action" will rely on public training bases to connect industrial development needs with enterprise production needs.
"Cultivation and Empowerment Plan" will enhance the cognitive ability of the new generation of private entrepreneurs about national conditions. The first batch of preparatory courses for the empowerment plan included 40 private enterprises participating in the training. "Operation to Improve the Quality of Domestic Service" will focus on improving the professional level of housekeeping employees.
