The reporter learned from the National Development and Reform Commission that today, at an on-site meeting to promote the development and growth of the private economy held in Wenzhou, Zhejiang, the National Development and Reform Commission officially released three special actions to further promote the development and growth of the private economy.

  These three special actions include the "Operation to Improve the Vocational Skills of Millions of Private Enterprise Employees", the "Plan to Cultivation and Empowerment of Private Economists in the New Era" and the "Operation to Improve the Quality of Domestic Service".

  The "Skills Upgrading Action" will rely on public training bases to connect industrial development needs with enterprise production needs, promote the sharing of resources such as venues, equipment, teachers, and courses, and strive to train 1 million private enterprise employees every year.

  The "Cultivation and Empowerment Plan" will enhance the cognitive ability of the new generation of private entrepreneurs about national conditions and enhance the core competitiveness of the private economic transformation and upgrading development. The first batch of preparatory courses for the empowerment plan included 40 private enterprises participating in the training.

  The "Housekeeping Service Quality Improvement Action'" mainly includes specific contents such as improving the professional level of housekeeping employees, continuing to promote the standardization of elderly care and housekeeping services, and deepening the docking of housekeeping and labor services.

  Since the beginning of this year, the exports of my country's private enterprises have grown rapidly, and private investment has shown positive growth momentum. From January to February, private investment increased by 0.4% year-on-year, with the growth rate turning from negative to positive. Private investment in manufacturing increased by 11.6%, a growth rate 2.2 percentage points higher than that of all manufacturing investment; private investment in infrastructure increased by 7.9%, a growth rate that was 1.6 percentage points higher than that of all infrastructure investment.
