On March 24, the first "one-way" Rail-Sea Express train was launched in Northeast China. The train departed from Fujin Station in Heilongjiang, went to the sea via Bayuquan Port, and was sent to Xinsha Port in Guangzhou.

The railway department directly coordinates the entire logistics link, reducing the number of enterprises and maritime transport. In freight negotiation, document handover, short-distance transport, cargo reloading, transportation efficiency has been increased by 40%.
