Second-hand housing in Beijing: A good start has not yet arrived, but the Indian summer is not hot yet. In January 2024, 12,444 second- hand housing units were signed online in Beijing, a decrease of 4% from the previous month, but an increase of 49.8% compared with the "low base" in January 2023.
The number of online signings remains stable, and Beijing’s second-handhousing still maintains the trend of “price-for-volume”.
