Resolutions such as installing delivery boxes are expected to be approved by a majority of the general meeting attendees. Until now, there have been no concrete rules, and in some cases management associations have required approval from three-quarters of the attendees at general meetings.
The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism says that by clarifying the requirements of the resolution, it will be easier to respond to residents' requests. The spread of equipment will reduce the burden on delivery companies and expand the use of electric vehicles.
