A unique induction ceremony was held at a tourist farm in Fujinomiya City, Shizuoka Prefecture, where new employees tried their hand at shearing sheep. Sheep are sheared at this time of year to prevent heatstroke in the summer, and the approximately 2.5 kg of wool sheared on the 31st will be processed and used to make sweaters.
After receiving training, the new employees will begin work in their respective departments from April 3rd. The three new employees received their resignations and bamboo towels and dustpans to use when cleaning the farm.
