National Bureau of Statistics: The month-on-month decline in commercial housing sales prices in all tier cities in February overall continued to narrow. The sales price of newly built commercial residential buildings in first-tier cities fell by 0.3% month- on-month, the same as the previous month.
Among 70 large and medium-sized cities, each sales price in February decreased by 1.0% and 4.2% respectively. Among them, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen dropped by 5.3%, 6.0%, 7.5% and 6.1%.
