  In February, the sales price of newly built commercial residential buildings in first-tier cities fell by 0.3% month-on-month, the same as the previous month.

Among them, Beijing, Guangzhou and Shenzhen decreased by 0.1%, 0.8% and 0.5% respectively, while Shanghai increased by 0.2%.

The sales price of newly built commercial residential buildings in second-tier cities fell by 0.3% month-on-month, and the decline narrowed by 0.1 percentage points from the previous month.

The sales price of newly built commercial housing in third-tier cities fell by 0.4% month-on-month, the same rate of decline as last month.

  In February, the sales price of second-hand housing in first-tier cities fell by 0.8% month-on-month, and the decline narrowed 0.2 percentage points from the previous month. Among them, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen dropped by 0.9%, 0.6%, 1.0% and 0.5% respectively.

The sales price of second-hand housing in second-tier cities fell by 0.6% month-on-month, the same rate of decline as last month.

The sales price of second-hand housing in third-tier cities fell by 0.6% month-on-month, and the decline narrowed by 0.1 percentage point from the previous month.

Sales prices of commercial residential buildings in various tiers of cities continue to decline year-on-year

  In February, affected by factors such as the relatively high base in the same period last year, the year-on-year decline in sales prices of new commercial housing and second-hand housing in all tier cities expanded.

The sales price of newly built commercial housing in first-tier cities fell by 1.0% year-on-year, and the decline expanded by 0.5 percentage points from the previous month.

Among them, Beijing and Shanghai increased by 1.0% and 4.2% respectively, while Guangzhou and Shenzhen decreased by 4.6% and 4.8% respectively.

The sales prices of newly built commercial residential buildings in second- and third-tier cities fell by 1.1% and 2.7% respectively year-on-year, and the decline expanded by 0.7 and 0.6 percentage points respectively from the previous month.

  In February, the sales price of second-hand housing in first-tier cities fell by 6.3% year-on-year, and the decline expanded by 1.4 percentage points from the previous month. Among them, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen dropped by 5.3%, 6.0%, 7.5% and 6.1% respectively.

The sales price of second-hand housing in second- and third-tier cities both fell by 5.1% year-on-year, and the decline expanded by 0.7 and 0.6 percentage points respectively from the previous month.
