Keidanren to appoint new vice chairman, Sony Group chairman, and other personnel plans announced. New vice chairman will be NYK Chairman Hitoshi Nagasawa (66) Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation Chairman Makoto Takashima (65) Sony Group Chairman Kenichiro Yoshida (64) will be the first since Nobuyuki Idei, who served for four years from 2003.
The new vice president is expected to be officially appointed after the regular general meeting at the end of May. Keidanren Chairman Tokura will be supported by 20 vice presidents.
