Intel delays construction of new factory in the USA. The $20 billion production facility will not begin operations as planned next year, but rather in 2026.

The shares of the US semiconductor company listed in Frankfurt am Main fell by two percent on Friday. Nevertheless, the company is currently planning to expand and build new factories all over the world for the equivalent of tens of billions of euros. One of them is to be built in Magdeburg for 30 billion euros and Intel's Germany spokeswoman emphasized that this project is still on track.
