Earlier, the National Statistical Office (ONS) of Great Britain prepared a report from which it follows that the British economy has entered a technical recession. European Commissioner for Economic Affairs Paolo Gentiloni said that the European Union barely avoided a recession in the fourth quarter of 2023, TASS quotes him as saying. According to him, the economic recovery of the European EU is much slower than expected.
