Demonstration experiment of full-course French cuisine by drone at Mt. Usu, Hokkaido.
The drone will make five round trips to deliver the appetizer salad, main dish using duck meat, and dessert. The staff made sure that the food did not fall apart during the flight and that it could be eaten while still being warm. In the future, HokKaido will also experiment with using agricultural drones to spread snow melting agents, and will explore further ways to utilize drones.
