China Consumers Association: The comprehensive score of consumer satisfaction in 100 cities across the country in 2023 is 79.92 points. It is reported that this is the seventh consecutive year that the China Consumers Association has released an urban consumer satisfaction evaluation report.
The survey results in the past seven years have shown that men’s scores are slightly higher than women. From the perspective of different age groups, the differences in consumer satisfaction scores of each age group in 20 23 are small. The highest score is for the 15-24 year old group (80.56 points), and the lowest score was for the 55-70 year old Group (79.07 points)
