On the other hand, the prefecture announced that it was confirmed that 3 people in Matsuyama city, 2 people in Niihama city, and 1 man and woman in Hiroshima prefecture were newly infected with the new corona.

Four of them are suspected of being infected with the "Omicron strain", and the prefecture is proceeding with genome analysis.
