Shortly after half past eight on Tuesday morning, police received an alert that a person had been subjected to severe violence at an address in the southern parts of Jönköping Municipality. What kind of violence this is about is unclear, the police are very angry at the moment.
- We went there with a number of patrols and one person could be arrested on suspicion of a crime, says Monica Bergström police spokesperson, she continues:
- The arrested man is a man suspected in a preliminary investigation concerning attempted murder. Right now we are working on the case too fully, it is quite so fresh and I do not want to say with the risk of destroying preliminary investigation.
The victim is taken to hospital for care.
