Hyogo Prefecture announced on the 9th that it was newly confirmed that 41 people were infected with the new coronavirus in the prefecture.
The total number of infected people announced in the prefecture was 18,235.
It also announced that two people who had been infected with the new coronavirus were confirmed dead.
The number of people who died from being infected with the new coronavirus in the prefecture was 561.
