Yesterday, a villa was sold in Dubai for 130 million dirhams, and the villa is located within the billionaires’ row on the Frond G of the global Palm Jumeirah.
Villa Riva del Luso (the name given to the villa) has five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a private beach, private pool and ample basement parking.
The villa, which was developed by Alpago Real Estate Company, is characterized by its views of the clear waters of the Arabian Gulf and both the Atlantis Hotel and the Royal Atlantis Resort, which gives it a high-level character of sophistication.
This luxury villa is one of the limited villas being developed by the group on the Palm Jumeirah, and is equipped with a private underground garage that can accommodate six cars or more.
Its architecture and interiors were jointly designed by artist Massimo Castagna and the award-winning firms SOTA, Interior Design Experience and CK Architecture.
The Alpago Group launched Villa Riva del Luso in June this year, the first of its six flagship villas in Billionaires' Row.
