Sakhalin Energy offered to help with the sale of raw materials from the Sakhalin-1 project

This was announced by the commercial director of Sakhalin Energy Andrey Okhotkin.

“We suggested that the Ministry of Energy consider the issue, perhaps, of providing comradely assistance to the Sakhalin-1 project, which arose suddenly,” RIA Novosti quotes Okhotkin.

He also announced the readiness of Sakhalin Energy to "sustainably provide gas to the regions throughout the winter."

Earlier it became known that oil production at the Sakhalin-1 project was stopped and Sakhalin Energy renegotiated almost all contracts after transferring to Russian jurisdiction.
