According to him, there is a surplus of fuel in the domestic market of Russia.
He noted that the owners of gas stations are afraid of changes in the dynamics of wholesale prices, so gasoline is not getting cheaper for the end user.
Earlier it became known that the average retail price of gasoline in Russia increased by 0.39% in the first six months of 2022.
