The design was proposed by the "2025 Japan International Exposition Association" preparing for the event, and features a red pattern inspired by the logo mark of the Expo.

And the edge of the plate is green for business use,

Light cars are yellow.

This license plate is scheduled to be issued around the end of September, and the issuance is scheduled for the end of October, and the fee required for the issuance is undecided.

Deputy Minister Nakayama said, "It's a very lively design like Osaka. I hope everyone will come and have a good exhibition."

In addition, the Minister in charge of the Expo Wakamiya said, "I would like to attach this license plate myself, and I don't know if I can actually do it, but I would like to ask the Prime Minister and all the ministers to attach it."
