  The "Work Tips" requires that market supervision departments at all levels should effectively implement their territorial supervision responsibilities, urge and guide platform companies to strictly implement their main responsibilities and fulfill their statutory obligations; strengthen monitoring and supervision, and strictly investigate and deal with violations of laws and regulations during the "6·18" centralized online promotion activities behavior; unblock the 12315 complaint and reporting channel, and make every effort to protect the rights and interests of consumers.
