Zhongxin Finance, April 24. Recently, the WeChat public account of Tongzhou District, Nantong City issued a notice saying that after research, subsidies will be issued to the stable employment of employees in the area to purchase the first set of newly built ordinary commercial housing in the area.
Calculated according to the total house price of the first set of newly-built ordinary commercial residences purchased by the employees of the enterprise (calculated based on the tax invoice issued by the development enterprise, excluding the price of the storage room, parking space, garage, and attic) and the house area, 90 square meters (inclusive) Below is a subsidy of 1% of the total house price, and a subsidy of 1.5% of the total house price for 90㎡—144㎡ (inclusive).
For eligible dual-earner families (immediate family buyers) who purchase the first newly built ordinary commercial residences below 144 square meters (inclusive), a housing subsidy of 2% of the total housing price will be given.
The subsidy targets are the employees of enterprises registered in the district who have stable employment and have paid social security for 12 consecutive months, and who have purchased the first set of ordinary commercial housing in the district (except those who are eligible for the subsidy policy for the introduction of talents).
The subsidy range is: during the period from March 21, 2022 to March 20, 2023, the first set of newly-built ordinary commercial residences in the district.
Determination of the time range for house purchase: The time for online signing and filing of the commercial house sales contract shall prevail.
Recognition of the first home purchase of a family: The buyer, spouse and minor children have no real estate registration record of commercial housing, and no record of online contract signing for commercial housing when purchasing a house.
Recognition of newly-built ordinary commercial housing: The registered area of property rights of ordinary commercial housing shall not exceed 144 square meters (inclusive), excluding second-hand housing.
