It starts from the east side of Tonghai County, Yuxi City, and sets up Xiushui Junction to connect with Hai-Jianshui Expressway, passing through Lishan, Gaoda, Wuxiong, and ending at Honghe River. On the north side of Longpeng Town, Shiping County, China, the Longpeng Hub is set up to connect with Jian'e Mountain to Shiping to Honghe Expressway.
The main line is constructed according to the standard of two-way four-lane expressway, with a design speed of 80 kilometers per hour and a roadbed width of 25.5 meters.
A total of 36 bridges and 21 tunnels are set up.
The main line of the Nanjian to Yunxian section of the Dali-Lincang Expressway is 118.279 kilometers long, of which 34.75 kilometers of the Nanjian-Jingdong Expressway under construction is fully utilized; The mileage in the county is 24.472 kilometers long, and the mileage in Yunxian County is 47.407 kilometers long).
The starting point of the route is at Jiyuan Bridge, Tuanshan Town, Nanjian County, and it is connected to Jianguo High-speed Network G5612 Dali-Lincang Expressway Dali-Nanjian section (that is, the starting point of Nanjian-Jingdong Expressway under construction), passing Wuliangshan, Anzhao , Manwan, Baodian, Manghuai, and Luozha River, ending at Fengwang Village in Yunxian County, and then connecting to the starting point of the Yunxian-Lincang section of Jianguo High-speed Network G5612 Dali-Lincang Expressway.
