In a tweet on Wednesday March 23, the head of Ukrainian diplomacy called for a global "boycott" of the car manufacturer Renault because of "its refusal to leave Russia".

This announcement comes after Voldoymyr Zelensky appeared before French parliamentarians who demanded the departure of French companies from Russia.

The head of Ukrainian diplomacy Dmytro Kouleba on Wednesday called for a global "boycott" of the French car manufacturer Renault because of "its refusal to leave Russia", following the invasion of Ukraine by Russian forces.

Dmytro Kouleba accuses in a tweet Renault, of which Russia is the second market and where it is present via the company AvtoVAZ, of "supporting a brutal war of aggression".

He therefore calls on "customers and companies around the world to boycott the Renault group".

Renault refuses to pull out of Russia.

Not that it should surprise anyone when Renault supports a brutal war of aggression in Europe.

But mistakes must come with a price, especially when repeated.

I call on customers and businesses around the globe to boycott Group Renault.
