Based on the law, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism ordered Daiwa House Industry to suspend operations such as electricity and plumbing for 22 days from the 2nd of next month.
During this period, Daiwa House Industry will not be able to make new contracts in 25 prefectures such as Tokyo and Osaka due to lighting of houses and offices and installation of outlets.
On the other hand, the company says that the impact will be limited because it can be done as planned for the construction that has already been contracted.
