China News Service, Taiyuan, February 10 (Ren Lina) On the 10th, the reporter learned from China Railway Taiyuan Bureau Co., Ltd. that in response to the traffic safety problem that the glass in the cab of the rail car on the Nantongpu Line was broken by the concrete falling off the bridge on Linxia Highway, The Office of Taiyuan Railway Safety Supervision and Management Office, together with the Shanxi Provincial Railway Protection Road Joint Defense Center and the Linfen Public Security Office of Taiyuan Railway Public Security Bureau, interviewed the relevant departments of the Xia County People’s Government of Yuncheng City and the Xia County Highway Management Section according to law, and notified the investigation of related issues. Analyzed the existing problems and put forward requirements for the rectification work.
At 12:55 on January 15, 2021, when train No. 41076 of Nantongpu Line was running between Banpo Village and Shuitou Station, the glass in the cab of the 14th rail car pulled by the rear of the plane was broken.
After investigation and analysis by the public security department, it is determined that the reason for the glass breakage is that the concrete pouring stones outside the bridge body on the Linxia Highway bridge (category 5 dangerous bridge) are exposed, and the vibration caused the stones outside the bridge body to fall off when the 41076 train passed. Breaking the glass poses a serious threat to driving safety.
The person in charge of the Taiyuan Railway Safety Supervision and Management Office pointed out that the occurrence of this problem exposed the inadequate implementation of the main responsibility for safety production in the highway management section of Xia County, and the incomplete investigation and remediation of hidden dangers must be taken seriously.
The Xia County Highway Management Section is required to firmly establish the concept of safe development, to ensure actual safety as the fundamental, strengthen communication, strengthen inspections, and earnestly grasp problem rectification.
Organize the blockage of the bridge body on the Linxia Highway, and cooperate with the railway department to knock and clean the rocks that may fall on the bridge body in time using the skylight point, and take necessary measures to prevent similar problems before the dangerous bridge is completely rebuilt happened.
