Dubai real estate records "actions" of 4.6 billion dirhams within a week

Real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department achieved more than 4.6 billion dirhams during the week.

The department stated, in a statement yesterday, that it witnessed 900 pledges of 1.8 billion dirhams, including 92 sales of lands worth 482.59 million dirhams, and 808 sales of apartments and villas worth 1.32 billion dirhams.

The most important land sales with a value of 60 million dirhams came in the "Palm Jumeirah" area, followed by a sale of 55 million dirhams in the "Saih Shuaib 4" area, and a pledge of 31 million dirhams in the "Island 2" area.

“Nad Al Sheba First” topped the regions in terms of the number of pledges, as it recorded 18 pledges at a value of 43 million dirhams, followed by “Al Thanyah Fifth” with 13 pledges at a value of 24 million dirhams, and a third in “Nad Al Sheba Three” by registering 11 pledges for 27 million dirhams.

A total of 44 million dirhams were pledged in "Al-Barsha 1", the most important sale of apartments and villas, followed by a pledge of 22 million dirhams in the "Al-Warqa Al-Awal" area, and a third with a value of 20 million dirhams in the "Al Quoz III" area.

“Al Barsha South Third” topped the regions in terms of the number of sales of apartments and villas, after recording 85 pledges at a value of 56 million dirhams, followed by the “Business Bay” region by registering 77 pledges with a value of 105 million dirhams, then pledging allegiance to “Al Barsha South Fourth” by recording 75 pledges at a value 46 million dirhams.

The value of mortgages amounted to 2.62 billion dirhams, of which 93 were mortgaged to lands worth 2.06 billion dirhams, and 233 mortgages to villas and apartments valued at 561.07 million dirhams, the most important of which was in the Al-Yalayas 2 area, at a value of one billion dirhams, and the other in the Dubai Marina, with a value of 282 million dirhams.

As for the donations, 43 donations were registered, with a value of 194.24 million dirhams, the most important of which was in the “Nad Al Sheba II” area, with a value of 58 million dirhams, and the other in the “Al-Thanyah Fourth” region, with a value of 31 million dirhams.
