  Among the four types of technology contracts, technical service contracts ranked first with a turnover of 368.41 billion yuan, an increase of 0.7% year-on-year; the turnover of technology development contracts increased by 22.9%; the turnover of technology transfer contracts decreased by 22.6% year-on-year; technical consulting contracts were also compared with the previous year Has grown.

  According to statistics by technical fields, the top three in terms of turnover are electronic information, urban construction and social development, and advanced manufacturing. In addition, aerospace, biomedicine and medical equipment, new materials and their applications also saw an increase in turnover compared to the same period last year.

  According to the statistics of technology transaction entities, corporate legal persons continued to maintain their status as technology transaction entities, and exported 94,243 technology contracts, accounting for 89.5% of the country’s total technology contract transactions. The transaction value of technology export contracts of scientific research institutions increased by 30.0% year-on-year, and 13,298 were exported. The output of institutions of higher learning dropped significantly, with 23,508 items exported and a 61.7% decrease in turnover year-on-year.

  According to the statistics of the types of intellectual property rights, 56287 technology contracts involving intellectual property rights were signed, and the transaction volume accounted for 46.9% of the total national technology contract transactions.

  Statistic by plan category, a total of 19521 technical contracts for government science and technology projects at all levels were signed, and the turnover increased by 15.4% year-on-year.
