Khalifa Industrial City announced the launch of new development projects, which enhance its services and contribute to enabling the industrial and commercial sector in the country, which includes storage facilities, light industrial units and showrooms, to be completed and made available to customers starting at the end of this year.
The new development projects in the fourth and fifth phases cover an area of 250,000 square meters, and it provides a set of multi-use storage facilities in addition to 88 storage facilities and a small and medium light industrial unit.
The sixth and seventh stages of the logistics complex provide dedicated lands that extend over an area of 330 thousand square meters and include 20 large units with an external handling area, while the seventh stage of the complex contains 56 storage facilities and a light industrial unit.
