A spokesman for Dubai Airports said that, according to the directives received from the General Authority of Civil Aviation in the UAE, all flights to and from the Islamic Republic of Iran, except for Tehran, were suspended until further notice.

The spokesman added that all passengers arriving on direct flights from Tehran will receive a thermal examination at the airport by the Dubai Health Authority and the airport's medical center team. Affected customers are kindly requested to contact their airlines directly for details of changing their reservations.

The spokesman added that the Kingdom of Bahrain suspended all flights from Dubai until further notice. Passengers affected are advised to check their airlines for more details.
