A new survey conducted by Bayt.com in cooperation with YouGov revealed the current trends related to attracting and retaining talents from the perspective of employees and employers, as it showed that the three most important factors that attract competencies are salaries and compensation (66%), work environment (53%) and job security in the long run. She added that the process of attracting talents is an important step that employers must take into account, when participants in the Emirates were asked about the extent of companies ’interest in attracting job seekers and encouraging them to apply to work for them, 43% said that companies make great efforts to achieve this, while 23% said Among them, it is making some efforts in this field, while 16% of the participants considered that the efforts made in this field are few, and 5% said that the companies do not make any effort in this field.

The pages of online companies targeting job seekers (30%) and social media (29%) are considered the most effective means of marketing the company's culture to job seekers. When asked about the type of information that is interesting for job seekers to join a particular company, the participants chose 64% of the benefits and benefits provided by the company, while 52% chose employees' opinions and comments about the company.

The Bayt.com survey showed that the most important features that professionals in the UAE care about after obtaining a job are training and support (66%), followed by career development opportunities (65%).

Training and development opportunities (45%) and long-term career advancement (41%) emerged as the most important factors that enhance the loyalty of professionals towards the company, followed by job security (34%).
