As noted, the register of the Federal Bailiff Service (FSSP) will include not only collectors, but also the credit organizations themselves.
According to the roadmap for implementing the mechanism of the “regulatory guillotine”, the document is intended to replace the law on collecting debts of individuals.
In particular, it provides for the “establishment of a mandatory pre-trial (claim) procedure for the repayment of overdue debts” of individuals. Now, the recoverer will be able to go to court only if, after receiving the offer to return the delay, the debtor does not close the debt within 30 days.
It is planned that the initiative will be submitted to the government before the end of the year.
