PARISELO, a Spanish-based hotel group based in the UAE, has signed an agreement with Morjan Real Estate, the developer of freehold real estate in Ras Al Khaimah.
Under the agreement, Barcelo will operate a five-star hotel and resort, which will open in the third quarter of 2021. The 500-room hotel is located on Coral Island, the seventh hotel and resort under the brand's umbrella in the UAE.
Parcelo will manage the hotel and resort operations and oversee its development under a management agreement signed by Morjan Properties CEO Abdulla Al Abdouli and Chief Executive Officer of Barcelo Hotels Group, Jamie Bauxu.
The signing of the hotel management agreement and the new resort is an important step in the development of Al-Marjan Island and the enhancement of its contributions to the hospitality and leisure sector in Ras Al-Khaimah.
